THE BLOCKER
Shortlisting a vendor is easy. Getting one into an environment is the hard part.
A capability gap turns into an analyst deck, a longlist, a security questionnaire and a procurement cycle. Months later the team has opinions but no evidence. The catalogue removes every step between wanting to test something and testing it.
01
Discovery is a research project
Finding who plays in a category, and who is credible in it, absorbs weeks before anyone touches a product.
02
Onboarding blocks the test
Contracting, security review and environment access come before a single API call. Every vendor repeats the cycle.
03
Nothing carries forward
The next evaluation starts from zero: a fresh longlist, a fresh environment, no reusable evidence.
Start from the problem, not the vendor name.
Onboarding, verification and biometric vendors.
Screening, monitoring and financial-crime tooling.
Models, agents, guardrails and evaluation.
Custody, tokenisation and on-chain analytics.
Extraction, decisioning and automation.
Code scanning, threat and post-quantum.
Statements, identity, fraud, loans, on-chain.
Payments, cards and core-banking interfaces.
Vendors sit inside ecosystems, and each ecosystem carries the use cases teams actually bring to us. Pick the one that matches your problem and the catalogue narrows to the vendors already mapped to it.

Signal from the network
The platform surfaces what peer institutions are actually running in live workspaces, and what has just been onboarded, so a shortlist starts from evidence rather than a longlist.

WORLDWIDE COVERAGE
The right vendor in London is rarely the right vendor in Riyadh.
Licensing, rails, language and regulatory posture all change by market. Global institutions evaluate once and deploy in many, so the catalogue is filterable by the region a vendor actually operates and holds permissions in.

FROM LISTING TO EVIDENCE
Four steps between a vendor page and a decision your committee can sign.
Every vendor in the catalogue is already contracted, security-reviewed and pre-integrated. What is left is the part that produces evidence.
Step 1
Shortlist from the catalogue
Filter by ecosystem, read the technical overview and applicable sandbox, and pick the two or three worth testing.
Step 2
Test with a project
Add the vendor to a workspace. Credentials, APIs and an isolated environment are provisioned for you.
Step 3
Run on the same data
Load synthetic datasets from the data library so every vendor is scored on identical inputs.
Step 4
Take the evidence to committee
Scored results across six dimensions, with the working environment intact for anyone who wants to check it.
Common questions
Q.
Do we need a contract with each vendor to test them?
No. Vendors are onboarded onto NayaOne under a single commercial and security framework, so a proof-of-concept starts without a bilateral contract. You contract directly only when you decide to buy.
Q.
What if the vendor we want is not listed?
Request them. Introduced suppliers are onboarded into the catalogue through the same security and integration process, and they then stay available for your future evaluations.
Q.
Can we compare several vendors side by side?
Yes, and it is the recommended pattern. Run each vendor in its own workspace against identical synthetic data and score them on the same six dimensions.
Q.
Is any production data involved?
None. Evaluations run on synthetic and public datasets inside an isolated sandbox, which is why risk and privacy teams can approve them quickly.
